Troost Merchants Association serves the interests of the community of businesses in the Troost Midtown area, acting as a unifying voice while enabling ourselves to better serve the wants and needs of customers in a responsible, intelligent, and informed manner.

Visit with us at the 4th Annual Troost Avenue Festival, the afternoon and evening of April 19th, in the 3100 block of Troost- We're "neighbors celebrating neigbors" as we celebrate the diversity and talent right at our door. Music, dancing, artists, fashion show, booths, children & youth activities and a "coffeehouse on the street" for dialogue.

Are you aware of the proposal to transfer the patrolling of the area from 39th to 47th from Central Patrol to Metro Patrol at the same time the Metro Patrol Station is moving to 71 Highway?

Several persons have recently been shown available properties for sale or rent in the area and there are moving to purchase or rent.
